From the outside, we as pastors and church leaders probably seem like we have it all together. God’s calling is on our lives, and we’re doing the most important work in the world. How could we be stressed out? After all, we only work on Sundays, right?

Wrong.

Working in ministry is tough. In fact, 50% of pastors starting out in ministry leave after five years. And 89% of pastors have seriously considered leaving ministry at some point.

But that doesn't have to be your story. Let’s rewrite the statistics. Let’s be a generation of pastors and leaders that return to our offices, our Bibles, our sanctuaries, our stages, our second jobs, our teams, our families, and our callings refreshed and energized every week.
