In any team, constructive feedback is necessary...and healthy. Humbling ourselves to listen to and learn from our coworkers is a key to creating excellent communication. And when you're the person giving feedback, let your team know that you're all on the same side of the table; feedback shouldn't be a personal attack, but an attempt to improve the materials you're working on. When you learn to trust the feedback system, you're free to push yourselves to create better and better communication pieces.
